March, really? that’s nearly a year.

have a cute cat picture as apology and a promise that there is more to come…soon. :-)

Happy 2015!

I’d just like to say a quick thank you to everyone who reads the blog. I know there haven’t been any updates recently, the last couple of months have been really, r.e.a.l.l.y. rough. I started out this fall thinking that I would be able to focus more time on making art and updating my online stores regularly – yeah, no.

In august i found out that I had a lump in my breast that needed to be investigated, the rest of 2014 has been dealing with the aftermath. No worries, it was a benign tumor, apparently an ultra-rare and aggressive kind that mimics breast cancer. December brought me TWO surgeries to remove the offending matter (didn’t get it all the first time). And now i have a frankenboob!

Combine that with all the holiday bullshit and i am one exhausted wiggelhevin – mind, body and soul.

However, i am slowly returning to normal, my etsy shop is back open and will have new items added to it soon. I am trying to add more of my designs to my zazzle and society6 shops as well, i like both of those print on demand companies quite a lot. I am arting a bit, not as much as I’d like but then again, it’s never as much as i’d like! :-)

I hope that everyone had a good holiday season and that the new year will be kind to us all! Back to art & jewelry updates soon!

Can I just say how awesome Zazzle is? I’ve been slowly building up my shop there over the years and I love how my art looks on their stuff!

I mean, come on, how cute is this “Choose Your Own Adventure” travel tag!?

I’m in the process of adding newer artwork to the site and creating some fun designs and I cannot wait to see how these things look on their new iPhone 6 cases! In the meantime, you can check out other artist’s designs in Zazzle’s new iPhone 6 pop-up shop. Such *cute* stuff:

This is a sponsored post, but as you can see we love and use Zazzle here at wiggelhevin – we highly recommend checking them out!

Wow – it has been a LONG time…damn. Sorry about that! I had to get a real job this summer and had no time to update the blog (or etsy or storenvy or…anything!). Now that summer is over I will have a bit more time to get things going again – so more updates soon!

In the meantime, the etsy shop is still open and will have relists and new items added momentarily:

We reopened our ebay shop to sell, well, all sorts of things – mostly cds, some toys, etc.

As always our amazon shop is stocked full of books, cds, dvds, video games, toys – lots of fun stuff!

And hey, if you love lego (and who doesn’t!?) my darling other half has his own lego shop on bricklink!

Oh and I have become addicted to planner/filofax/bulletjournaling so I’ll be sharing some of my planner stuff soon, too!

Treasuries 9/2/13

I’m a wee bit behind in these!

First off, Jennifer Radosevich featured my “Time Lies” ACEO in her treasury Awesome Etsy Finds #84:

Next, my blue steampunk newspaper brooch was in the Mechanically Inspired treasury by Claudia Santillan:

And finally, Helen Gaudin featured my steampunk “Valor” pendant in her brave: staying strong treasury:

Thank you to everyone who included my items and thanks for reading!
